This show had a wonderful cast: Vanessa Barrantes as ANA, Jordan Maria Don as ESTELA, Jennifer Proctor as CARMEN, Estrella Esparza-Johnston as PANCHA, and Gianna DiGregorio Rivera as ROSALI. I loved talking with Diane and Josefina about the clothes, and then creating new ideas with Josefina as rehearsal progressed, and I loved working in the fitting room with the actors. We all talked about how much we loved these characters, how they reminded us of our sisters and mothers and aunts and friends, and how we all wanted to show these women in just the right way. We got the news the show would be postponed right before we started our tech, and then later we learned it would have to be cancelled.

Here are my sketches as they were before I got into the fitting room to collaborate with all the wonderful women in the cast.
